As one of most experienced NMTC allocatees, we have completed over 28 separate NMTC transactions totaling over $230 million deployed to urban and rural areas from coast to coast.
These transactions have:
+ leveraged over $500 million in capital,
+ created or retained 5,699 jobs
+ created 1,015,000 square feet of community facilities space
+ supported 3,750 school seats for low-income children, and
+ provided services to 198,000 patients annually.
We serve community based organizations such as community health centers, charter schools, long-term care and small businesses.

Expertise, Determination and Impact
NCB Capital Impact provides a host of flexible financing solutions that have successfully preserved and expanded access and choice for communities most in need. Our 25+ years serving low- to moderate-income communities has resulted in:
- 33,132 units of multifamily homeownership or other affordable housing
- 137,396 school seats for children from low-income areas
- $387 million for education facilities
- 8,900 affordable assisted living units for seniors and persons with disabilities
- $464 million for community health facilities
- 2.9 million square feet of community health center space, serving
- 750,000 patients annually
- 25,000 jobs for low-income individuals.
We are able to do deliver these results through both expert technical assistance and innovative community lending. We partner to create lending programs that combine public and private resources and include products such as:
