Centers of Excellence
The NCB Capital Impact team of experts work with federal, state and local agencies, long-term care providers, housing developers and community development corporations to advance affordable homeownership and safe, humane community-based long-term care.
Long-Term Supports Innovation
Our Long-Term Supports Innovation Center brings together cross-cutting technical assistance in the areas of housing, Medicaid, business strategies, and business acumen in a mission-driven context to advance long-term supports systems. Deep hands-on and policy expertise in affordable housing, Medicaid-financed long-term care, assisted living, and long-term care business models fuels our innovative services.
THE GREEN HOUSE® Replication Initiative
The Green House® Project Team and NCB Capital Impact enter a rapid replication phase of the Green House model on a national level thanks to funding provided by The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Green House creates an affordable place where elders can receive assistance and support with activities of daily living and clinical care, without the assistance and care becoming the focus of their existence.
What is a cooperative?
NCB Capital Impact's constituency is broad and includes cooperatives and non-profit "co-op-like" organizations. Read about co-op values and principles, how to start a co-op, and additional co-op resources.
